Educational tour to Mahendra Chaudhary Zoological Park, ChhatBir Zoo, Zirakpur on 24th February, 2023 Organized by Department of Biotechnology

Department of Biotechnology organized an educationalvisit of students of B.Sc. Biotech 2ndSemester at Chhat Bir Zoo, Zirakpuron 24thFebruary, 2023. The visit aimed to provide students with practical learning experiences that supplemented the theoretical knowledge gained in the classroom.The primary objective was to provide students with a practical understanding of environmental science through a guided tour of the zoo's exhibits and conservation efforts. The students were able to observe different animal species and their habitats and engage with zoo staff and animal care experts. The visit inspired the students to pursue careers that contribute to environmental conservation and sustainability efforts.
