A VIRTUAL WORKSHOP ON MICROBIOLOGICAL TESTING TECHNIQUES AND PROTOCOLS

Department of Biotechnology, Chandigarh College of Technology, CGC, Landran, Mohali organized a virtual workshop on Microbiological testing techniques and protocols on 19 March 2024 for the Biotechnology and Microbiology students in collaboration with virtual lab (An Initiative of the Ministry of Education Under the National Mission on Education through ICT) IIT Delhi. Department of Biotechnology always encourages development of professional and technical skill in students by providing platform to gain knowledge and exposure. The workshop was about various techniques and protocols used in Microbiology. Students learnt about Bacterial growth curve and staining techniques in the workshop. Overall, it was a well-structured workshop full of knowledge from both theoretical as well as practical points of view. It enriched students with knowledge and ongoing research in the field of Biotechnology and Microbiology.
