Dr. Palki Sahib Kaur (Ph.D., M.Sc., M Phil., B. Ed.) is currently working as the Head of Department of Biotechnology, Chandigarh College of Technology, Chandigarh Group of Colleges, Landran. She has worked with other premier institutes too. She started her journey in this domain by pursuing B.Sc. Medical Hons. degree from PU, Chd followed by M.Sc. and M.Phil. Shortly after concluding her M.Phil, she did B.Ed. from Punjabi University Patiala. Dr. Palki did her Ph.D. from I.K. Gujral Punjab Technical University. She has also done General course on Intellectual Property from WIPO, Geneva. As time passed, she gained more expertise in this domain, and now she has more than 15 years of academic experience. Her areas of interest are Microbiology, Enzymology, Fermentation, and Environment Biotechnology. She has presented numerous research papers at various national & international conferences. Dr. Palki has around 25 national as well as international publications to her credit and has filed 6 patents so far. She was also awarded the “Best Teacher Award” in 2011 and 2018. She has guided more than 20 M.Sc. students. She has also judged various events at the national and international levels. Dr. Palki is a proud member of professional bodies like the Association of microbiologists of India (AMI) and Cardiomersion.She is one of the members of advisory board of Adadea GLobal Pvt Ltd.
Dr. Tejinder Pal Singh Brar is working as Head and Professor, DCA,CGC Landran. He has completed his doctoral degree in the area of Security in E- Transactions from IKG-PTU, Kapurthala, Punjab. He holds master’s degree and bachelor’s degree in the area of Computer Applications from Punjabi University, Patiala. He has also successful completed Microsoft certifications such as MCSE, MCSA, MCDBA and MCTS. He has presented 20 research papers in national and international conferences and published 22 research papers in national and international journals of repute. He has rich experience of 15+ years in area of academics. His area of interest includes Information security, Microprocessors, Data communications and Networks, Artificial intelligence, System Simulation, Operating Systems. He is member of reviewing committees of various national and International journals including Emerald and Springer.
Dr. Meenu Mittal (Ph.D., M.Sc.) is currently working as the Head of B.Sc. Non-Medical department at Chandigarh College of Technology. She has worked with other premier institutes too. She completed her Ph.D. from Maharishi Markandeshwar Deemed to be University, Ambala in 2017. She has more than 15 years of academic experience. She has guided many M.Sc. Students for their research projects. Her areas of interest are Queueing theory, Scheduling theory, and Fuzzy logic. She has presented numerous research papers at various national & international conferences. Dr. Meenu Mittal has around 20 national as well as international publications to her credit and has filed 2 patents so far.
