Biotechnology Students of Chandigarh College of Technology Excel at District-Level Youth Competition

Students of the Department of Biotechnology enthusiastically participated in the district-level competition held at Khalsa College Mohali, organized by the Directorate of Youth Affairs Punjab in collaboration with the Red Ribbon Club Mohali.

The competition was based on the socially significant themes of HIV/AIDS awareness, drug abuse prevention, and blood donation, aiming to sensitize youth and encourage responsible citizenship.

Palak Preet secured Second Prize in Poster Making, earning accolades for her creative presentation and impactful message. Anuneet impressed the audience with a confident and thought-provoking performance in the Declamation event. Sheetal and Rishika actively participated in Slogan Writing, presenting meaningful slogans aligned with the competition themes.In recognition of her dedicated efforts, Dr. Mandheer Kaur, Program Officer, NSS, was honored with an Award of Appreciation.

The remarkable participation and achievements of the Biotechnology students highlight their commitment to social causes and their determination to contribute toward building a healthier and drug-free Punjab.
