Sketch & Create workshop on the Art of Sketching

The Department of Computer Applications, Chandigarh College of Technology (CCT), CGC Landran organized a “Sketch & Create” workshop on the Art of Sketching on 10-3-2026 for the students of B.Sc. Graphic and Web Designing (GWD). The workshop was conducted by Dr. Rishi Raj Tomer, Gold Medalist in Fine Arts and National Awardee. The session aimed to enhance the creativity and artistic skills of students. It included an interactive hands-on sketching session where students learned various sketching and shading techniques from the expert. A sketching competition was also organized during the workshop to encourage participation. Students actively showcased their creativity and talent. At the end of the competition, the best sketches were recognized and First, Second, and Third positions were awarded. The workshop was highly engaging and beneficial for the students.
