NSS Volunteers of CCT Shine at 5-Day Trekking & Hiking Camp!

NSS volunteers Garima Sood (BSc Graphics and Web Designing) and Navpreet Kaur (BCA) from Chandigarh College of Technology (CCT) participated in a 5-day Trekking and Hiking Camp organized by the Directorate of Youth Services, Punjab (Youth Affairs, Punjab) from 14th January 2026 to 18th January 2026 at Village Pallanpur, District Mohali.The camp aimed to promote physical fitness, adventure skills, leadership, and environmental awareness among youth. It included a range of outdoor activities such as trekking, hiking, route tracking, endurance training, and team-building exercises.Throughout the five-day camp, they showed great enthusiasm, teamwork, and adaptability, and successfully completed all activities. Their participation helped enhance their leadership skills, resilience, and awareness of adventure sports and healthy lifestyles. Dr. Mandheer, Programme Officer, NSS Unit CCT and Dr. Suhail Ahmad, NSS Coordinator, attended the inauguration ceremony and, valedictory ceremony of the camp.
