Haryana Manufacturing Conclave 2026

Dr. Mandheer Kaur, Associate Professor, Department of Biotechnology, Chandigarh College of Technology (CCT), Landran, attended the ASSOCHAM Northern Region–organised Haryana Manufacturing Conclave 2026 on January 22, 2026, at Hotel Mountview, Chandigarh. The conclave focused on “Building Haryana as a Global Manufacturing Powerhouse: Technology, Competitiveness & Sustainable Growth.”

The high-level event brought together senior policymakers, industry leaders, academicians and financial experts to deliberate on strengthening India’s manufacturing ecosystem, particularly in Haryana. The inaugural session was chaired by Sh. Rakesh Bhalla, Chairman, ASSOCHAM Chandigarh UT Development Council, with opening remarks by Sh. Manav Gupta of Stylam Industries and an address by Sh. Manish Singhal, Secretary General, ASSOCHAM. The conclave was graced by the presence of the Chief Secretary of Haryana, Sh. Anurag Rastogi, IAS, as Guest of Honour, while the Chief Guest, Sh. Rao Narbir Singh, Hon’ble Minister for Commerce and Industry, Government of Haryana, highlighted policy initiatives to boost manufacturing growth and sustainability.
