Faculty Achievement at International Conference on Research, Innovation and Women Empowerment in Sustainable Agricultural Development

The Department of Biotechnology, Chandigarh College of Technology, Landran proudly shares a moment of great achievement and recognition on an international platform. Dr. Mandheer Kaur, Associate Professor, and Dr. Suksham Pal, Assistant Professor, represented the institution at the International Conference on Research, Innovation and Women Empowerment in Sustainable Agricultural Development, held from 12th–14th March 2026. The conference, jointly organized by AKS University and E.D.S.A.R.D Punjab & Edu mentors Pvt Ltd, brought together distinguished academicians, researchers, and professionals to exchange forward-thinking ideas and explore emerging trends in sustainable agriculture, women empowerment, and research-driven growth.

Dr. Mandheer Kaur was felicitated with the Excellence in Entrepreneurship Mentoring Award, recognizing her outstanding contribution to fostering innovation, nurturing startups, and mentoring aspiring entrepreneurs. Dr. Suksham Pal received the Best Agri-Preneurial Award for his exceptional achievements and impactful contributions in the field of agricultural entrepreneurship. The achievement reflect the institution’s unwavering commitment to academic excellence, innovation, entrepreneurship, and sustainable development, while continuing to inspire future leaders and change-makers.
