CCT Teams selected at National IDE Boot Camp

The Department of Biotechnology, Chandigarh College of Technology, Landran proudly marks a significant milestone as three student teams were selected at the prestigious IDE Boot Camp 2026, organized by AICTE (Ministry of Education) in collaboration with the Wadhwani Foundation, hosted at Inderprastha Engineering College (IPEC), Ghaziabad from 6th to 10th April 2026. Under the mentorship of Dr. Mandheer Kaur and Dr. Suksham Pal, the teams demonstrated innovation, sustainability, and a strong entrepreneurial vision.

Team Vasudha – Ms.Sonakshi and Ms Anjali, students of M.Sc. Biotechnology are developing sustainable wall panels, promoting eco-friendly environment solutions.

Team Millete Moose – Mr. Arpit, Mr. Vaibhav, Mr. Gorang, and Mr.Aditya, students of B.Sc. Biotechnology are working on innovative agricultural waste management solutions, turning waste into value.

Team Glow Green – Ms. Kashish and Ms. Akanksha, students of M.Sc. Biotechnology are exploring the commercial potential of microgreens.

The IDE Boot Camp serves as a dynamic platform to nurture innovation, startup culture, and entrepreneurial mindset, offering expert mentorship, industry exposure, and business development insights. This milestone highlights the creativity, research excellence, and startup-driven mindset of biotechnology students at CCT Landran.
