Art of Living session
A refreshing and insightful Art of Living session was organized at DCA, Chandigarh College of Technology by the Department of Student Welfare on 19 March 2026 for students of BCA 2nd Semester and B.Sc. (GWD).
The session aimed at promoting mental wellness and stress management, equipping students with practical techniques for a healthier lifestyle. The expert trainer, Mr. Sanchit Jain, guided students through meditation, pranayama, and relaxation exercises, emphasizing the importance of emotional balance, improved concentration, and managing academic stress effectively.
The session witnessed enthusiastic participation, with students actively engaging in the activities. Its interactive approach made it both impactful and enjoyable for everyone involved.
The session concluded on a positive and energizing note, inspiring students to adopt a more balanced and mindful way of living.
