Alumni Interaction session From Campus to Corporate: A Journey of Growth

The Department of Biotechnology, CCT, CGC Landran successfully organized an inspiring alumni interaction session on 23 April 2026, featuring Ms. Manisha Jindal, Quality Officer at Nestlé India Ltd., Moga.

An accomplished alumna, Ms. Jindal completed her B.Sc. Biotechnology (2006–2009) and M.Sc. Biotechnology (2009–2011) from CGC Landran. Returning to her alma mater, she shared her remarkable journey from campus life to establishing a successful career in the corporate sector.

During the session, she provided valuable insights into the food industry, quality assurance practices, and the skills required to excel in a competitive professional environment. She also highlighted the importance of continuous learning, adaptability, and maintaining strong fundamentals in biotechnology.

The interaction was highly engaging, with students actively participating and gaining practical knowledge about career pathways, higher education opportunities, and industry expectations. The session concluded with a vote of thanks, expressing gratitude for her time, guidance, and willingness to mentor the next generation.
